Olyia is a New York based singer, songwriter, producer who has been involved in music all her life.
Olyia Kozak was born in Minsk, Belarus and was raised in the Bronx, New York.
Growing up in the family of famous Belarusian of singers and musicians (Kozak Family Trio) she began playing the piano, singing and composing at an early age.
Olyia joined her parents on tour at the age of 8 and began composing music by the age of nine. Once her family settled in New York City, she found herself immersed in a whole new world of music such as urban hip/hop, RnB, Latin, Afro/Cuban, Afro/Brazilian, Gospel and other genres which truly inspired her and influenced her growth as a musician and person.
Olyia has performed on stages around the world and the country spanning from Lincoln Center to College Campuses, Clubs and Lounges around the country.
Olyia holds a B.A from Bard College and a Masters of Science from Georgetown University.
