New York Professional Middle Eastern Dance Artist Nodira
New York Professional Middle Eastern Dance Artist NODIRA (Russian: Íîäèðà) was born in a beautiful city of Samarkand, the place that used to be a center of the ancient Silk Road. Nodira’s personal background reflects complex and rich history of her homeland. She was raised in the mix of Russian, Uzbek and Middle-Eastern cultures, and got acquainted with the music of the Orient in her early childhood. Nodira has studied under New York’s top dance instructors, such as Serena Wilson, Layla Mary, Zenaide, Nourhan Sharif, and Yousry Sharif. She has taken numerous master classes in the US, Canada, Italy, Sweden, Egypt, and Turkey with the world’s most legendary dance artists, such as Randa Kamel, Tamalyn Dallal, Dalia Carella, Aida Nour, Raqia Hassan, Tito, Mahmoud Reda, Bozenka, Amar Gamal, Jillina, Nour, Hassan Afifi, Mercedes Nieto, Lubna Emam, Camelia and others. Nodira's dance artistry has been most strongly influenced by the legend of Oriental Dance - Yousry Sharif.
