Program of performance included Jewish, Russian, Ukrainian, Cossack music, songs and dances including
"The Snowstorm" (Russian: Метелица - Metelitsa), Russian folk song and dance, "Dark Eyes", Russian Gypsy Roma song and dance, "Kalinka", Russian folk song and dance, Jewish wedding dance with Candle, "You Tricked Me", Ukrainian folk song and dance, "Barynya", Russian folk dance, popular Russian folk song "Koroboushka" and other selections.
Russian ethnomusicologist, singer, musician, Artistic Director and Founder of Barynya ensemble Mikhail Smirnov (garmoshka, guitar, vocals) led the performance by giving a short explanation of every number of the program in English.
Musical director of the group Elina Karokhina performed a few solos on Russian folk instrument balalaika. Dancer Vladimir showcased several traditional dance numbers.
